  • Improves insulin sensitivity

  • Increases muscle protein turnover

  • develops patience and discipline

  • Increases capillarisation

  • improves tenacity

  • Increases hunger

  • builds confidence

  • releases endorphins

You can still achieve what you think you want, but only if you understand that it’s a side effect of what’s really happening.
