If you were to search back through the archives of this site....through the 5000 or so workouts we've published since 2008, you'd see a lot of differences over the years.

Talking with members from back then, they know we're still doing squats and deadlifts, rowing and running, but that it feels drastically different from the old days, even if they can't quite put their finger on what it is....

Heck, if I'm glancing back at material from LAST YEAR, I'm already seeing things that I would change.

The reason our programming keeps changing, is because we keep learning.

If the question is, "how do we best program for hundreds of people from all walks of life, to be the fittest version of themselves, for the longest possible time?"

And if we want to have any chance of success with this;

Then the answer MUST be, "we don't know"


Because we keep learning.....
