All the signage went up today, which seemed to finally make it a real gym!

We took advantage of the sign writers cherry picker to hang the climbing ropes, and then, as we had no chance of getting over to CrossFit NZ for a workout, we realised that we now had the equipment to do it at RCF09!

10 wallball 9/6kg
15 swings 24/16kg
20 double unders
7 rounds

I managed to get done in 13.03, with some very average wallballs as usual, but the rope climbs went ok with some tuition from arborist extraordinaire Krista, who also did well to get 6 rounds done in the 15mins time cap.

Really looking forward to seeing the crowds get stuck in to 13.1 on Saturday!
