CrossFit is 'real world' fitness.  Our workouts are short, but hard. We get results though; and fast.  We'll teach you about nutrition too, how simple and enjoyable real food can be. And it's fun, because you get to train with a supportive group of like minded people.


In fact, we're not really a gym at all........we're a coaching facility.  We coach you in kettlebell training, bodyweight calisthenics, Olympic weightlifting and gymnastics; purposely avoiding muscle isolating machines in favour of the real world movements of life and sport.

Our students come from all walks of life: students, business executives, stay-at-home parents, triathletes, and martial artists. Our focus is on improving ALL areas of fitness (Endurance, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Agility, Balance etc), which also means we avoid imbalance, and you don't get bored!


Exercise, performed sporadically, incorrectly, and without intensity and passion will not provide the kind of results that we all want.

You will never see our clients sitting on a bike, reading a magazine. Our workouts are intense – demanding focus and commitment; challenging you and your body to perform to your full potential.

If it's been a while since you've exercised, don't worry. All our workouts are "scalable" based on your current ability. We make adjustments in the repetitions, weight, and distance so that everyone can participate.

Every workout is different, we rarely do the same thing twice, and because our workouts are no more than 45 minutes long they can fit into even the busiest schedules. And we guarantee that it will be the most effective 45 minutes you ever experienced.

Finally, CrossFit is FUN! You'll find both coaches and participants welcoming, supportive, and committed to creating an environment where everyone can succeed. To us, fitness is a part of life.
