WAKING UP EASIER..

There is a short 3-5 min meditation that I often include in my morning routine, it is designed for waking up easier.
It's beautifully effective and super simple! Give it a try tomorrow and crush your Monday!
#1 Get out of bed and preferably the bedroom, then sitting upright..
#2 Gently gaze at the end of your nose and take 5 deep breaths, in through your nose and out through your mouth then close your eyes, allow your breath to come back to normal..
#3 Imagine there is a small prick of very bright sunlight in the middle of your chest, as soon as you see it it begins to expand, filling every corner of your body and beyond
#4 Open your eyes - take a moment to acknowledge that feeling
You're good to go!
